Do you ever wondered why,

Men were not born with the gift to read and see other men's thoughts or blessed with the power to turn back time??
Or given any form of mystic to manipulate certain events of one's life?

God chose them not to.

So they can feel the anguish and learn from their undoing. So they will face the bitter truth that hurting their own will also inconsequentially suffer more. So the next time, they'll think and think hard that it's never worth to even think of doing such actions.

Being mortal lets us feel pain. Pain forces you to learn from mistakes. It teaches you what it means to practice restraint and exercise wisdom. In turn, the experience will always turn us into a better individual, no matter what aspect it is.
